"Powder" by Gail Douglas, Something to Bark About
This dog ran away from home. Someone found Powder and wanted to keep him. Powder was such a mess and returned them to original owner. To my surprise the owner told me the dog was a biter. Powder was so grateful to finally be cleaned up and was actually a pleasure to groom. The only thing is I regret is that his Bichon face was so matted I had to make him look totally different.
