This elderly dog was also owned by an elderly lady. She apologized for her pets condition by saying she was moving. What? For two years?! That was my thought process but I did not vocalize it to her. Obviously there was more to her life, and we were glad that we could help her pet. Other clients who come in a week late for an appointment are shown this picture. Okay, your dog is a little snarled but this is our nightmare. They are shocked and I think even more diligent about keeping their pet clean. Again though this was not a mean old lady who neglected her dog, she probably had some serious issues that I wish her family had realized earlier. I am glad we could finally help. I know the dog was too.
