This is a Miniature Poodle named Princess. The owner booked an appointment for 4 dogs. Unfortunately they were all in bad shape, but Princess was the worst. She was matted, had fleas & flea bites all over her and other "stuff". Throughout the grooming process she was an angel! I was able to save her tail and ears, but the body & legs were a nightmare. After grooming all 4 of the dogs, I didn't even have the heart to charge accordingly for the dogs condition, flea bath, or the bombing of my truck! The owner was disabled and I felt bad that she couldn't keep up with the regular grooming of these pets. So I lowered the price, didn't charge for the extra's. Wham! She whips out my coupon and hits me up for the extra discount. Grrr. Well, at least the dogs feel better and look great for the holidays!
