Maggie

This is Maggie. Maggie's owners get her groomed once to twice a year. They apologized that they missed her last grooming. They have 4 other dogs that I am told are also usually in bad shape! Maggie's cheeks were matted into her ears which gave her a permanent "smile". Her tail had such a matt hooked to the end, it looked like another tail! Her vulva was matted to her leg. I had to use #7 and #10 all over her body. I was able to save some ear and some head. I had to wash Maggie in medicated shampoo, as well as advised the owner to check with a vet for any required after care. I am sending an extra picture of my assistant holding Maggie's matted pelt. Her fur weighed over 6 pounds!! Maggie had a REAL permanent smile afterwards! Thanks Mag!
